Good value service flat next to the convention center

Good facilities : decent gym though the pool was small, not really big enough for laps . The room contained the basics and one could request other amenities like a sponge.

The room was v dark , only one small window. Even with the curtain open it always felt dark, the air con wasn’t that consistent .

No value for money

It is really close to ADNEC, ideal when visiting an Exhibition.

-I experienced issues at the checkin managing the accounts. Had to head back to fund the extras (lunch, room service, etc), really disappointing as the room rate was close to 1000 usd a day and not able to order a soup for 10 usd without having to go back to reception late evening. This should have been done at check in time. -waited 2 hrs for room service to arrive, despite calling many times, it seems that the room number on the order was wrong -the bathroom’s shower floor has dark stains on the corners, probably fungus, not up to the usual standards -booked a taxi/car for the evening at reception, and the driver did not show up, not much of a back up plan offered by the staff -no value in line with the cost, the facility only advantage is its location and does not deliver in line with the rate charged.

Staff were very helpful and attentive.The room was very very comfortable.The rooms were spacoius and bed comfortable. The breakfast menu and the people in the restaurant were really good and intuitive.

Though there was a kitchen there were no utensils except plates.One bathroom window did not have the curtain

Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana is clean and tidy. The room faces the north direction totally, so you can enjoy the view during all day without affecting by the sun glaring. The interior design is really nice.

Excellent! The services and facilites are exceeded our expectations.

Our stay was excellent! The services and facilites are more exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite room, it’s huge, clean & equipped. Bed is so comfy!The staff is well-mannered and bery professional when dealing with guests- thumbs up! Thankful with Katherine from reception who attended us so dearly as we arrived in the evening, and also Jawir from housekeeping who provided us what we need in the room and he’s very helpful. Great job guys!! More power to the property and see youagain next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent stay. I will come again in my next trip to A.D.

I ordered soup and salad combination and both were excellent!!!

All were very good. The only point, I would expect a more rich breakfast; croissants were missing!

Thoroughly enjoyable, speedy service and luxurious comfort.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Mayaan at the front desk. We were upgraded to a suite and also allowed late check out. From start to finish everything was taken care of with absolutely no problems. The room was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed a really pleasant stay at CC Arjaan Rotana.

If anything I would only request that the room service menu be updated with a few more varieties of food.

Did not get time to enjoy the facilities but was satisfied with the facilities inside Apartment.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Better if you can give two access cards when more than one adult or Family is staying. There was no option in Booking.com to opt for full board or half board. Water was coming out of shower cabin and weighing scale was not working.

The price was great.

The price was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff changed my smoking room with nonsmoking room without any issue.

There was an event near the hotel and some noise can be heard almost till noon. I know it is not the hotel fault but they should mention something like this to all costumers.

The service is excellent. Staff are professional and humble. My third time to stay and will be back in the future Recommended for couples and families very quiet relaxing and comfortable. . Staff are very good at what they do I have nothing to say but we'll done to the team at capital centre Arjan. after enjoying 6 nights we had a lovely time. I was even given a complimentary upgrade with out asking for it. Its like the front desk reads your mind, that's is how good my experience was. One more thing thumbs up for Mohammed at the front desk excellent customer service.

We liked the room, spacious and clean.

We liked the room, spacious and clean. Very accessible for a long stay. Pool area nice and staff that work there was very nice. Room cleaned everyday to a good standard.

We were very dissappointed in the rest of service during our stay. Especially to the standards of a Rotana hotel since we often stay in Rotana hotels. They offered valet parking but only one staff member was available and our car had to stand outside 20 to 30 min running waiting for someone park it. And this happened everyday not just on one. Upon check in and check out we also had to wait not because there were long lines but again only one staff member to assist us and nobody even assisted us with our bags. Honestly I was both very sad and dissappointed in this stay since I've never experienced it before

The location is very good, near to carrefour market and center. The reception staff was amazing, the gym is ok to workout and the room Is very clear and comfortable.

The valet service was a little bit unorganized. Wait too much to get my car.
